**Top 3 (based on Distance covered) in each category Running/Cycling/Walking will be honoured & provided the Winner's Trophy.**

Guidelines:

1. Run/walk/ride as per your convenience and government guidelines on 24 or 25 or 26 December 2021 to get qualified for CHRISTMAS RUN & RIDE 2021

2. After you register the confirmation details will be sent to you via e-mail. You can Ride using Garmin Strava RunKeeper Nike running Runtastic or whichever app / Watch to track your activity from any place and submit data with proof on the given link.

3. Link for Data Submission will be given few days before the Event Date. Data can be submitted on a given link till 27th December 2021 midnight. Participant can run ride or walk multiple times but he or she will be allowed to submit only one activity as per the category selected during registration.

4. Data submission is MANDATORY (Strictly No Exception allowed).

5. On successful completion of data submission Team will verify the data & provide the Finisher E-certificate based on your stats within a week after the data submission deadline closure.

6. Top 3 max. distance covered Indian Male/Female in each category will be rewarded with specially designed winners’ trophy. Organizer decision will be final in terms of dispute if any arises.

7. Participants must follow and adhere to all prevailing COVID-19 guidelines/Government Rules (GR) that the Government of India or the respective State Government/s enforce with regards to public lockdown social distancing public gathering etc. The Event promoters/their employees/Event Sponsors/Event Partners/their associates will not be responsible for actions or the consequences arising out of participant’s failure to follow any such guidelines/GR.

8. Do not participate if you have any medical conditions. Event organizers/promoters are not responsible for your health and safety.

9. Event promoters will not be held responsible for any discrepancy/ error in activity data collected from the suggested apps/method of auto integration or failure to receive activity data from the suggested apps from the participant for any reason.
